American Eagle Outlet provides great customer service. The staff are helpful and sweet. They have great knowledge of women's and men's clothing. Customers love their shopping experience in store, where the staff help them find what they need. The staff are top tier and make customers feel welcomed. They assist with finding the best outfits and are highly recommended. Customers have a great time shopping at American Eagle Outlet.
Megan is by far the best customer service rep I have ever had she helped my daughters get what they needed and ran back to the back to make sure the girls had what they wanted(because lord knows I wouldn’t have been much help) she’s top tier in my eyes when it comes to customer service.
