“It may sound like a tag line, BUT it truly is fast and friendly service. Turner, the service manager is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to get it right the first time and take care of you if it wasn’t perfect when they repaired your truck.
Parts is another Gem, they might be on overload, but the will do what it takes to get your parts asap at a good price. And if you are local, they will deliver the parts to you for free… and with a smile… unbeatable service.”
“Went to Autokraft based on a recommendation from my service shop. Jamie and his team did a fabulous job repairing my vehicle and I was impressed. Jamie worked with me and my insurance, communicated promptly and exceeded my expectations. Shop local, it matters.”
“We recently switched to Lonsbury garage in the last few months. It has been a really great move and we are very pleased we chose them. Their attention to detail and great customer service are second to none. Every person I have dealt with and the care they show for others and their vehicles are so appreciated. If you are looking for great service and excellent customer care I give them a 10 of 10. Jerry & Lori Plumley”
“We needed a new windshield and based on numerous positive reviews, we decided to get a quote from Steve's Glass Service. They were fairly priced and were able to replace our windshield in less than 24 hours. Steve's went above and beyond with both their customer service as well as the quality of their work!”
“Good service, quality workmanship, and honest mechanics. If you want it fixed right the first time, without someone trying to sell you repairs you don't need, this is the place to go. Locally owned and operated. You are treated like a neighbor, not just another customer or dollar signs.”

“Listen. If you ever find yourself stranded in Angola, Indiana on Labor Day weekend with four chicks from Chicago, one questionable vehicle, and NOTHING else open… apparently you pray to the automotive gods and they send you Richard, Brock, and the crew at Jiffy Lube. 😂
I was about 3 minutes away from a full-blown panic attack trying to figure out how the hell we were getting back to Chicago, and these guys saved us!
Richard, Brock, and the other two gentlemen working that day went so far above and beyond for us that a regular 5-star review honestly doesn't feel like enough. We were far from home, stressed beyond belief, everything else was closed, and these guys genuinely cared about making sure four random Chicago women got back on the road safely.
And we did.
No brushing us off. No, sorry we don't have the parts. They went on a hunt to get something that would work for us and I couldn't believe it.
There really ARE good people in this world.
Richard, Brock, and the other two gentlemen whose names I unfortunately didn't catch, you were an absolute godsend. We will never forget what you did for us.
The Chicago girls made it home!
I hope your management sees this because truly, we would have been in a much worse place and stranded.
Forever grateful to you guys. ❤”
“Great job to just diagnose a problem with blown fuse on our HVAV system.i have been chasing this for 6 months and none of the forums led me to what was actually wrong.
Great communication to explain the issue and cost of repair.
Excellent job fixing the problem and even came in slightly under estimate.
I highly recommend this shop!”
“These guys are hands down very professional and very quick i was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and their response was very quick & no over charging surprises thanks Alot guys !”
“Caught a flat tire on 69 north and called here and spoke with Ken and he told us to have it towed over and come right in! Even though they would be closing soon. Fixed us up and had us back on the road in 10 minutes! Wonderful guy and great place and fast workers! Thank you all so much! We will be coming back! Just hopefully not for an emergency next time.”
“I have had to call these guys so many times it's a little ridiculous, but each time they have shown up in a decent amount of time rain, blizzard, or sunshine, they were there to help me through my difficult time and actually were friendly, funny, helpful and kind. Their prices are amazing and for the service it's so worth it! This company is the best to call when you're having your worst days. I highly recommend them!”
“Tom and his team are fantastic! They saved us a lot of money on what would have been a very expensive repair, so happy to know we have such knowledgeable mechanics we can trust.”
“What an amazing experience I had with Tim. He is just a fantastic person and technician. He went above and beyond to get my old Yamaha Vstar 1100 classic running 100% better than when I brought it to him. Jetted the carbs and replaced fuel pump to fix my issue. If I say fair priced It wouldn't be justice. It was extremely surprising how fair priced it was. Tim thank you brother, you just won over a new customer. No one will be working on my bike and other toys but you. Thank you again Tim!!”

“I purchased my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado new and wanted to be sure I kept it 100% dealer serviced to protect the value and longevity of my vehicle. I have been coming here for years and love it! They have very competitive pricing and the service managers are top notch. Steve and Joel have always taken extremely good care of me and my vehicle. Their knowledge and dedication are what keeps me coming back! “Got in a pinch and needed a boat trailer wheel bearing fixed to pull the boat late in the season. They squeezed me in and got it done! Excellent work and great customer service!”
“Phil and Terry have known me since I was a little girl. My dad Chuck and my mom Kay Nelson will always bring their street Rods or hots rods for some great work to be done. Not once have they ever disappointed my parents. Fun and silly ole men reminds me of the movie called Grumpy Old Men. Such a great comedy pair to even chat with too. They've done some great exhaust work on a 2002 Sunfire Pontiac I had back when I was going off to college which was right after in 2002. That car still runs and drives with no issues and exhaust still sounds good. Thanks guys now my oldest will enjoy when she starts this year.Services: Exhaust”

“When buying a used car sometimes things don’t go always as planned. I bought a 2018 Chevy suburban from Best Deal Auto Sales in Angola. Long story made short and had a few issues and they bent over backwards to make it right! In fact they went Beyond my expectations. My hat goes off to the sales and service team and would highly recommend doing business with them again. Sincerely, Don and Lisa Cary”

“Daughter's transmission died on way from NH to Colorado. Called based on reviews. Eric took care of my car, took care of my daughter (company for a while, inexpensive rental until we could get there, directions, companionship and reassurance).
Everything about these guys was professional. Eric and I did some business and he made a very, very tense situation comfortable and almost humorous. God Bless you and yours, Eric. Amy and I will always be grateful that a stranger in a distant state made such a messed up situation so easy to deal with.”
