Good stop! Plenty of diesel fuel isles, quick in and out. The design is great and you don't get trapped in waiting for a pump. Friendly service and staff. Lots of souvenirs and many on sale! Big bin of discounted items. There's a Wendy's inside. Cute seagulls all over parking lot. Only con is the ladies restroom toilets all all old and dirty. Need to be scrubbed or replaced. Overall I would recommend this place.

Regular Pilot stop. Has a Wendy's instead of your typical Subway which is nice. Seems to fill up early. Never had bad service here.

First off, I am not a trucker, just a traveler. Second off, I was not and have never gotten ripped off by their bogus fuel rebate program. With that said I chose to stop here to use the restroom. It was clean. I did flush, which was for the employees of the store and other customers, not for the corporate workers under federal indictement for multiple felonies and not their owner Jimmy Haslam who used company money to pay a 92,000,000 fine to avoid being charged. Not sure how the trucking companies and truckers only got 85,000,000 in restitution for getting ripped off while the governement got 92,000,000 for not charging their owner, but everyone should be aware of their issues before spending their money there. The store was expansive and had a diverse inventory of packaged snacks, beverages, and some hot offerings as well. They had a wide variety of stuff specifically for the truckers. I bought nothing but was told happy holidays on my way out the door. I hold none of the minimum wage employees who work at this location or in any of their other stores responsible for the felonious conduct of their corporate leadership and owners. The Wendy's in this location is not very good in terms of service, wait times, or food quality. Pilot would have done their customers and reputation much better by keeping the Hardees that was here originally. Travelers should be advised that the gas is usually cheaper at the Petro Stopping Center 45 to the northeast of the Flying J and at the Marathon just south of route 20 near the outlet mall.

So. We are driving an RV from Texas to Michigan. And it's 22 deg Fahrenheit out. So I call this place and ask specifically if they carry the RV antifreeze that is pink. Her answer was yes. So we stopped. Came in. And NO. THERE IS NO SUCH ANTIFREEZE AT THIS PLACE. employee training is important.
