I had never had a negative experience with Lonsbury's under Al Lockharts ownership.
I find it a wee bit bothersome to have $900 in brake work done and brakes that were worse than when I took it in! I am not sure if they weren't bled properly; or at all. I am now conflicted as to ever do any more business with them.

We only had an oil change and tire rotation done but everything was checked bumper to bumper!

Daughter's transmission died on way from NH to Colorado. Called based on reviews. Eric took care of my car, took care of my daughter (company for a while, inexpensive rental until we could get there, directions, companionship and reassurance).
Everything about these guys was professional. Eric and I did some business and he made a very, very tense situation comfortable and almost humorous. God Bless you and yours, Eric. Amy and I will always be grateful that a stranger in a distant state made such a messed up situation so easy to deal with.

We were coming through the area pulling a camper when our check engine light went off. We got to our campground and they were able to squeeze us in the next morning and we were able to get back on the road.

We are traveling cross country. We had an electrical problem with our rear stop, turn and backup lights. They fit us in within a couple of hours, fixed the problem with reasonable rates. All friendly service with hospitality from first call to final goodbye!

The breaks went out on my Jeep and I needed it serviced quickly. Lansbury got me in fast and had my vehicle done in less than 24 hours. They were thorough and friendly. I was given a warranty on the work that they did also. I'm more than satisfied with the service! Thank you Lonsbury!

Friendly service and prompt, too. Brake service was great. Expect a thorough checkup for other issues, too. Really helpful in maintaining a car.
