“While Visiting French Lick my 2014 F150 suddenly had no power, the hotel I was at immediately recommended Dr Auto. It was 4:15 pm and was worried there wasn’t enough time to get help before they closed at 5pm. By 4:40 they loaded us and the truck up. Don the tow truck driver even volunteered to drive us over 25 minutes away to our campsite. Didn’t sleep much that night, being from out of town, Dr Auto looked very busy and we had to be out of our camp site in 36 hours to head home 4 hours away. No worries they called by 9:30 the next morning saying they had found a loose wire next to the new battery that been installed a few days before. Their computer scan showed a low voltage problem. They had already driven the truck for 15 miles to make sure that was the problem. Can’t express enough how thankful I am that they fixed the problem promptly at a more than fair price!”
