“Kyle saved the day! I called him up left a VM and he quickly returned my call. I had a flat tire and needed an emergency tire plug, he said he’d be happy to help! As I drove out to the woods towards Kyle’s business, as a woman alone, I felt a bit nervous. That all subsided the moment I pulled into Valley Auto Pros and Kyle came right out to greet me. He was kind, polite and very welcoming. Pulled my truck into the bay right away and got to work as he directed me to a very pleasant waiting area. It was a quiet, peaceful and comfortable experience! I was SO VERY GRATEFUL for his help, his integrity, professionalism and safe environment. He confidently sent me on my way with my tire plugged, and kindly reinstalled my under mounted spare tire(which we all know is not fun or easy!) “While Visiting French Lick my 2014 F150 suddenly had no power, the hotel I was at immediately recommended Dr Auto. It was 4:15 pm and was worried there wasn’t enough time to get help before they closed at 5pm. By 4:40 they loaded us and the truck up. Don the tow truck driver even volunteered to drive us over 25 minutes away to our campsite. Didn’t sleep much that night, being from out of town, Dr Auto looked very busy and we had to be out of our camp site in 36 hours to head home 4 hours away. No worries they called by 9:30 the next morning saying they had found a loose wire next to the new battery that been installed a few days before. Their computer scan showed a low voltage problem. They had already driven the truck for 15 miles to make sure that was the problem. Can’t express enough how thankful I am that they fixed the problem promptly at a more than fair price!”
