“Kyle saved the day! I called him up left a VM and he quickly returned my call. I had a flat tire and needed an emergency tire plug, he said he’d be happy to help! As I drove out to the woods towards Kyle’s business, as a woman alone, I felt a bit nervous. That all subsided the moment I pulled into Valley Auto Pros and Kyle came right out to greet me. He was kind, polite and very welcoming. Pulled my truck into the bay right away and got to work as he directed me to a very pleasant waiting area. It was a quiet, peaceful and comfortable experience! I was SO VERY GRATEFUL for his help, his integrity, professionalism and safe environment. He confidently sent me on my way with my tire plugged, and kindly reinstalled my under mounted spare tire(which we all know is not fun or easy!)
