Call the check on my amendmen twice. They said that it was going to be done on the 15th or before 15th. And it has not been now. I have to go back in the office and try to figure out what is going on. Not happy would like refund.

Karen went over and beyond to help me out this year, she truly cares about her job and she's been the most knowledgeable tax person I have ever been to. The receptionist is also a very very sweet lady, I didn't get her name though but I appreciate the both of them. I'll always use this H&R block from here on out.

I think my tax prep Auditor deserves 5 stars today. Went done to get assistance with filing since I took out 401k this year and didn't know how to file that on my tax return myself, and the lady was very professional and helpful. Also, she was able to answer any questions I had for her with no issue.

Karen Premo was extremely rude when I called the French Lick H&R Block office. Thankfully, my appointment was with Ellen Williams who was such a delight to work with. She had such a welcoming presence and explained my taxes every step of the way. If it weren't for her kindness, I wouldn't consider going back. 5/5 for her!

Karen is great and explains everything so well. She's been doing my taxes for probably 10 years now. And even though i am no longer in French Lick, it's worth the drive.
