Have had multiple dealings with FSB and every time have walked away beyond pleased with the service. Multiple mortgages, a refi, personal loans you name it. Always felt like they appreciate the business. Have worked with Julie M many times and she's always gone above and beyond.

I love every branch of this bank! I go to Friendship and Versailles locations most often. All the employees know me by name and they're all very kind and professional! I will never bank anywhere else because great customer service is 9/10 of a reason to patronize any business!!
