“i liked the way things are set up to make things easier for the customer. however, i do wish they would fix minor body work. i bought my car in August 2024 and almost immediately hit a big, fat raccoon after pulling out of my house on my way to work one morning. it jostled one of my little lights in the front side and caused it to hang out slightly. it’s been fine, but i wish there was something they could do to help. it’s such a minor fix.
cost of regular maintenance is reasonable. customer service is pretty standard, albeit better than i’ve ever dealt with prior to dealing with Honda/Toyota Kokomo. Travis was great and so are the garage attendants. always pleasure and try to be timely and efficient. i appreciate them.”

“It's like this I don't care about the money somebody else trying to sell me for tires for $400.00+ Dollars before taxes and for the tires that I needed I didn't The price was fair considering how small these tires were where at pep Boys or anywhere else I can probably gotten for $65 each with just a little bit of extra for install but your guys gave me the best price and like I said not caring about the money I was able to give the little extra back as a gratuity to the two gentlemen who took care of my tires which by the way they did not have to remove them off the car I brought them in the back of my pickup truck myself these guys are upstanding they took care of me and I'm going to recommend all my friends I'm new here to Kokomo out of Illinois lake county that is. “Over the last 15 years I've brought mine and my wife's vehicles here, even after moving out of town. I've been that happy with the work. His prices are fair, and his work is outstanding. Many other people I know who have aftermarket tint put on deal with bubbles int he tint eventually. 6 vehicles later we've not had one. “The employees here are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I heard a loud noise coming from my muffler that sounded concerning and I came in and they took a look and found the issue quickly. They ordered a part for me and I came in and they got it done within only an hour! I have an older car so good shops are hard to come by in this town without being ridiculously overpriced. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and they took that into consideration and I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of at all. My car rides smooth now and no loud noises.
