“I have been a Dollar Tree girl for many years, I appreciate that they held the line on prices as long as they could, and understand why they have to raise them. But I have discovered that not all Dollar Trees are created equal. I particularly like the one in Kendallville, it is clean, well organized, and the staff is super! This is my go-to store for snackies, health, beauty, and cleaning supplies. And whatever else catches my eye! Such fun!”
“I bought two boxes of instant gross because of the sign on the shelf that promised a $2 off 2 savings with the digital coupon. I couldn't find the coupon in the app, so I took a picture of the same tag and showed it to the cashier as I was checking out. She didn't know why it wasn't in the app and called the manager over. Manager said if it's not in the app, there's nothing they can do. I asked if they could do a manual entry since they were advertising the discount. The manager begrudgingly lowered the item price as a price match and sent the cashier to pull the tag from the shelf. I stepped away to look at my receipt when the cashier returned with the tag and again commented how it was odd that I had purchased the right products during the listed sale dates and yet no coupon appeared. The manager commented, "Whatever makes her happy." Seriously? Why do I have to ask you to honor your own advertising?”
“The manager and staff here are the most kind, friendly people I have encountered in a long time. During their busiest week they were helpful, unbothered by the chaos of being steady with the sales, still genuinely smiled. I seriously have gone here at least 5x in less than 2 weeks to shop, because the employees are kind! Ashley, went above and beyond, when she could to scan items because my app wasn’t working. She explained the rules and how things work, so people didn’t get upset. Definitely a breath of fresh air to have this little store with people with Beautiful hearts.”

“To all of the comments saying that the potholes are bad, they now have a brand new parking lot..... but they used to be horrible!!The ladies are all friendly and nice... the employees know how to carry on a conversation and make you feel comfortable. Great home town store.”

“Shout out to Garrett and Waterloo!!!! Waterloo really is really moving along about one yr ago they were having issues but now things are good!!! Great workers and the Manager is helpful nice and truly cares about her customers !!! Thanks for all you do!!! Oh then there's Garrett; the workers there have always rocked in my book!!!! Go out of their way to please the customer!!!! One Attendant even unloosened 6 pack 20oz bottles of soda for me because I have arthritis and the suckers always seem to be put on with a ratchet like for lug nuts tight tight tight!!! Always said Hello to and friendly and great service before and after remodel!!! Keep up the great work!!! You make my day a little brughter”
