Absolutely love my mini educator! From quality products, to peace of mind, I don’t have to worry about the “what ifs” when on off leash adventures. No matter how solid the recall, dogs will be dogs. Ecollars have given my boys the freedom to romp and run, and they can hardly sit still for me to put them on since it means an adventure is coming! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing reliable ecollars for their dog.
For context, my black male has been with me since a puppy and is almost 3, the smaller sable female has been with me since a puppy and is almost 11. The tall sable male is guessed to be 2, and is my newest addition of 2.5 months after tracking him with the help of recovery volunteers in CT and MA over 23 days and a 25 mile stretch of roadway! Since coming home we have worked extensively on settling into pack life and basic obedience to include recall. Waldo has recently been given the privilege of off leash adventure while I have peace of mind with a responsive dog to his ecollar. So excited for many more memories with my trio!

We love our Ecollar Technology system collars. They are effective for our training. My girls are responsive to all the options that are available. We hike and use them on a daily basis.

I've been a client of and advocate for E-Collar Technologies for some years now. Their customer service is above and beyond. The product is incredible in the level of engineering, thought, and design put into it. I highly recommend E-Collar Technologies over other brands, especially for anyone looking to have an incredibly trained pet dog. The calibration of the equipment is always spot on and allows me to have a precise conversation with my dogs to ensure their safety, the safety of others, and our happiness. I hope that more and more people come to see the value in this tool, this company, and all they have to offer. [Finding a professional to work with *does* make a difference, online training also helps]

My working line german shepherd would go to the end of a 100 foot line and hit the end trying to get to another dog person or bike,
properly e collar training my dog as well as playing with my dog allows me to give my dog an outlet to deal with her anxiety while preventing her from going after things and keeping her safe

Love this collar and the company. It's been working great for almost 2 years and then the battery in the collar wouldn't hold a charge, so I contacted them and they sent me a replacement battery. Works perfectly and I'm glad to have the collar back in good working order! At this point the dog doesn't even need to be corrected, but I keep it on him when we go out in case other dogs or people distract him since we don't have a fenced yard. Thanks ecollar!!!

Excellent collar. Used on a highly reactive rescue pet. Over time, we have seen improvement. In addition, company sticks by its warranties and customer service is very quick to respond. Recommend this product!

As an avid hunter and outdoorsman I can say that one of the greatest pleasures in life is when all the pieces come together and your dog gets it. Getting to that point takes dedication and patience. There are many potential dangers when you are in the field working your dog and safety is paramount. Being able to quickly respond and correct the situation is before its too late is priceless. The collar worked well for just over a year, then I realized that one of the long contact points had broken off. To add to my surprise with the quality of manufacturing, I was informed that the contact points were not considered to be a component of the collar under the warranty, but an accessory, and therefore I would have to purchase the contact points again.
I am not sure that I want to continue investing more money into E-Collar Technologies' product, given this alarming quality issue. My dog was off-leash for at least a week before I noticed that the contact point was missing.
I would have expected the company to apologize and send me a new collar promptly, along with some sort of customer service gesture, rather than decline to send me so much as a new component due to their faulty manufacturing.

The product, as well as the customer service are fantastic. I had a warranty-related challenge with my dogs e-collar and this company shipped out another collar within the week. I am very impressed and will be purchasing another e-collar for another dog (when that time comes). Major thank you to Morgan Y, CSR for their kindness, prompt responses and helpfulness.
