Incredibly helpful and one of the best customer experiences we've had! We coasted into the parking lot with no brakes in a 1977 Ford 100. The manager came out to take a look and help us figure out the problem on a 90+ degree day. He put a rush order on the needed part, recommended a repair shop, and coordinated a tow truck. A lousy afternoon was turned into a memorable event that we continue to appreciate.
