I just visited this store and the worker there was assisting an 88-year-old African-American woman and he was talking smart to her so I intervened and he told me to mind my own business and to go back to Africa!!!

This man inside of this building took advantage of my disabled cousin told her she can buy a tablet to make calls without downloading an app that doesent come with the tablet. When she can’t. A app had to be downloaded. Then the racist man told her they don’t accept refunds when she didn’t leave the store. She clearly bought the wrong product and he took advantage of her to get a sale that cost 153.00. This purchase has been disputed. I got my temporary credit instantly now.
And Will be closing the account so good luck. Maybe next time you’ll learn not to take advantage of disabled individuals.

Zero stars everybody I've seen the last times I've been in there lately all walk out upset. They prolly tried to jip them. I accidently stopped my service thru the acp because I tried to get a tablet online and they told me I had to wait a week to reapply after I tried to reconnect my phone service and the acp application was denied so when I come back now all of a sudden I have to buy a $200 phone to be put on the acp .please stop scamming people to sell phones. This new staff has brought this place down. I have been a customer to this location for over ten years getting my phones from just them but not anymore. , They Do not care about the people in the community their servicing , just want to rip people off. BEWARE‼️
