  I called ahead early Saturday morning to make sure they could do my f350 for a wheel alignment. Was told yes but they will have to work me in.
  
  Didn't happen, was told to come in 930a Monday, Labor Day. I said okay. Well I arrived at the shop on Labor Day 930a to be told that they were closed lol. Nothing funny to me.

  I went here to get my brakes done. I dropped my car off at 10am and I didn’t get it back till the next day at 5pm. The customer service needs to improve because I had to keep calling them to check the status of my car. When I picked my car up the next day, the owner always brags about how they’re the cheapest in the area to get auto work done….WRONG! I pick my car up and my back tires needed air, they didn’t even put air in my tires. When you get an oil change that will even put air in tires with no problem. They did a good job with my brakes but if you want to affordable auto service and want to get your car back the same day, I recommend The Gas Monkey on Broadway. You won’t have to keep calling about the status of your car and the customer service is on point. Calumet Tires is good when it comes to buying tires, but I won’t go there for car repairs ever again.

  I went in there, thinking I had an alignment issue and they were able to let me know what was really wrong with my vehicle instantly and replaced my tire which had a broken belt. Not only that but they have this cool guy there and they’re fair in their pricing
