Only go through the drive through if you have FORTY-FIVE minutes to spare. The lights will probably be out, because they're hoping no one drives up. I've never seen it take so long to give me a $20 bill. It's like they're opening up the vault for each transaction. Geesh!

The Teller, April Baker, and April Baker's female supervisor were very rude to my elderly Mother and had the nerve to tell her that she should go to the branch closer to her house after the teller, April Baker, messed up my elderly Mother's transaction by depositing it into another person's account. April Baker re-wrote my Mother's deposit slip in front of her, wrote an account that she wanted it to go into, and wrote a different account after my Mother already gave her a deposit slip signed and completed by my Mother!! April Baker should be investigated for fraud or theft!! The female supervisor had the nerve to tell my elderly Mother that she should go somewhere else after my Mother complained that her money was simply deposited into an account that was NOT HER OWN!! It took the Teller and the supervisor OVER A HALF HOUR to fix the error that April Baker made after April Baker tried to brag to my Mother that she was a "good teller" and good at her job. This is not only incompetent but they were disrespectful, wasting an elderly and valuable customer's time! Unacceptable. We will take ALL of our money somewhere if we have to deal with incompetence, tellers committing FRAUD, and attitudes!!! Make sure your money isn't redirected into an account, that Is not your own by April Baker!! Double check April's work so she's not stealing your funds!!

Very ghetto and crackheaded female customer service reps work here. Instead of objectively doing their jobs with no intent or malice they are to busy being evil ? and interpersonal and all in everyone’s business spreading drama ? acting creepy and weird. Yuk!

Can go in and out fast. Some people took the drive thru and I was out quicker by going in. A lot of the same cars were still outside when I left.
