Usually they have what I am shopping for. Unfortunately, not this time. Just out of stock.

Unless it's an emergency, do not shop here. Every single aisle looks like the aftermath of the looting that happened during the George Floyd protests. It's a mess! I see someone stealing about 99% of the time when I come. Usually, the employees are pleasant enough. The store is so nasty though. Wth? They need 3 people on shift at all times. One dedicated cashier, one stocker, and one recovering misplaced items on the floor. The 2 on the floor can always step in and ring when it gets busy. Until the store is clean, the customers won't respect it and won't stop throwing items about. The other dollar tree locations don't look like this!

Store is usually crowded, but the lines move quickly. Good selection of products, and clean store. Best time to visit is morning.

🔴One of my biggest problems is a slightly going to this Dollar tree is that there's this homeless man who's always outside begging for change it ruins the experience of wanting to shop there when you have someone begging you for money and I get that times are hard I go in there and at times I barely have a dollar myself to get what I need
I don't know what it is with this one dollar tree but they always have the sign out front saying exact change or card only they sometimes don't give you your change even if it's one cent or two cents I don't care if it's one or two cents I want my change it's always dirty outside the store
it's also dirty inside the stores well and sometimes seems unkept some of the workers who work on restocking often stand in the middle of the aisles and talk about personal stuff, which seems very unprofessional you can never properly get down The Long aisles because it's always blocked on one end or another either by customers or karts that are in the way,
they lately haven't really have food in there over the past month I know that it's summer and people go in and out the store buying food and stuff and I get that the highway is always jam-packed and it's hard to get supplies but you should know it's summer I should plan ahead for that I could go in there for something basic and they just don't have it sometimes they don't even have toilet paper I've gone in there as of lately they haven't even had detergent or cleaner
There's always items on the floor either soaps or random items that have been ripped open throughout the Dollar tree I think they should go throughout the day at least maybe once or twice checking to see if items are tipped over
And some advice for anyone who buys water or anything there make sure that the item you get is a sealed product because I remember once that someone I was with went up there and they had gotten water and it has soap in it
One time I went there I got some ginger ale from there and it seems like the ginger ale had an odd taste to it
And be careful when you get camp pops from the front like Coca-Cola or Pepsi because the cans are made out of some really flimsy recyclable stuff and they burst easily
I've had to go back in a few times and exchange the busted bottles
There have also been times where they act like they don't want to do exchanges even though that's one of the things the Dollar tree is known for
And don't go up there counting pennys if that's all you got because they act like it's a fence to them that they have to so much as count anything that isn't paper money so if you have change and you're going up there even if it's quarters be prepared to get cited or see if someone roll their eyes cuz act like they don't have account change
Does Dollar tree doesn't even deserve one star he deserves a -100 Stars it's like it's gotten worse over the past few months they need new management and they need to change the store back to where you could get down the aisles more easily

-5 stars for this one. My family and I have been coming to this dollar tree for over a decade now and it’s the worst it’s ever been RIGHT NOW! My mother slipped and fell on some soap in the cleaning section of the store and hurt her back. It took 5 or more minutes to get ahold of an employee only to be denied a incident report as well as they tried to cover it up by putting a wet floor sign out after she got up and then claimed it had been there the whole time. Not to mention the absolute clutter of boxes and trash everywhere in the store. Absolutely stellar unconcern for the safety of customers, and the arrogance just makes it worse. We are filling a lawsuit and we hope they get shut down or the building gets the attention it needs from corporate.

?????????????????0starsSo apparently at the Dollar tree I've encountered this one cashier on multiple different occasions, I've also encountered other cashiers and I believe they all have this problem I'll get into detail of what happened with me and this cashier: RashanaI've noticed a lot of the younger female employees who they put on the registers often have attitudes there have been many of times I've gone to the Dollar tree and some of the younger female cashiers at attitudes will toss your items quick scan some of your items have attitudeswhen you ask them to maybe take an item off or just give off the attitude that they don't care and want to be bothered with their job especiallyconsidering how everything is going on days in this kind of me and people are struggling to even find jobs they should even be happy they havejobs at all but apparently their job seems like one giant inconvenience to them and you can tell by the display and attitude and even energy they give off at the registers they are very rudeill-mannered and I hate the fact that this Dollar tree is the only one still within this city and I would rather deal with the much-older employees even if they scan my stuff slower and take a bitLonger they're have nicer and more pleasant attitude is because they know what work ethic it is and that is what these younger female cashiers such as the cashew who checked me out: Rashana? When I first gotup there she seemed very dry and unpleasant, she also did not say hello or anything or even asked if my item was mine because itseemed of those she was about to ring my title along with another lady's items that she was purchasing the cashier's up at the Dollar tree often do that where they're just start ringingproducts if there aren't any dividers up there and won't even ask unless you tell them that that is my item that you're about to put on someone else's order they need to put more dividers upand if she realized that my item was not a part of the ladies order she let the woman check out get her things and then she left then she proceeded to snatch my bag of ice that I was lying across the register didn't say hello or greeting or anythingApparently cashiers have issues counting change I was at the Dollar tree purchasing the item yesterday and I decided to pay in change because that all I have on me at the moment, apparently it seems like an issue for her because she had to count the change even though I counted to change out and told her exactly what it was but I guess she wanted to be sure what the change was to make sure I was actually payingtheir right amount but when I went to hand her the change she has took the change and drop some of it and proceeded to have look for it on the floor and said she could not find the change so I ended up having to give her more change than already needed to pay for the item I wanted to getThen she proceeded to count the change and then left off to go talk to another cashier didn't give me my receipt barely handed me my bag andwas very dry the whole experience I go to this Dollar tree very often since it's not that far from where a relative of mine lives and I go up there to get my relative things at times when I visit them throughout the week but myexperience going up here over the past several months since they started hiring new female employees that are at the front I've noticedthey've had very dry and rude attitudes and will even often follow people who look a certain way through the store it is very rude and inconsiderate and an unpleasant visit to this store I used toenjoy going to the store but the employees here are so rude it is just so aggravated to the point I don't even want to shop there, my family and I have spent hundreds or possibly more at thisDollar tree over the past year or so and at this point from what I can tell from my relatives and even with my own experiences it is not worth your time going to this Dollar tree

There should be a negative rating. I give this Dollar Tree Store#5435 1-5 star & 0 ranking. Where do I begin!? There is always trash in the parking lot, rarely carts available as employees are using them to stock. Don't ask where to locate merchandise-most 'Reps have foul attitudes; there are often panhandlers begging in and around the building-unsafe. Most cashier's will let the checkout line get 10-12 persons deep before calling for assistance; Don't have more than 1-4 items-most cashier's affect becomes hostile. Don't expect to be greeted, with a 'Welcome', 'Hello' 'Thank you' nor 'Please come again' regardless if you spend $1.25 or $125.00 the nasty dispositions prevails. As a frequent Dollar Tree shopper, who spend $$$ in your store regularly-as it is convenient, after today I will NEVER spend another dime in this store. The Customer service is slipshod and the majority of their 'Customer Service Representatives' have the most DEPLORABLE and negative dispositions, they lack the most basic of hospitable demeanor & human civility. One employee Imani is the worst, she is why I will never support ANY Dollar Tree, Inc chain again. She has been rude to me, and my family on more than several visits. One of the new managers is worst than this young lady. Their attitude isn't inexperience, it's just pure uncouth personality. If the Dollar Tree feels their customers are not worthy of basic human civility I nor my family, friends, & neighbors(who also share my opinion of this store) will not volunteer our incomes to keep such deplorable persons employed. I will address my concerns with Corporate, BBB, Chamber Of Commerce etc..Dollar Tree train your 'employees' on basic customers Service skills and follow up regularly to see if your managers are enforcing YOUR standards as these people represent your brand.
