I give this service Enterprise service Gary Indiana a five star received wonderful customer service after accident in my car I was rented through my insurance the Enterprise service was again a five-star the customer service was wonderful Tyler and I don't remember the driver's name that came and picked me up but they the customer service was wonderful and it was one less thing I had to worry about thank you very much would definitely recommend and revisit or higher Enterprise again..

Horrible Experience, Short Staff , No one answers the phone! Office always close early or Never Open!!! My office spent over $3,000 this year with this company! Horrible .Save yourself the headache and go to Merrillville or Hammond!

It was a great and fast experience, getting and returning the vehicle through my insurance. I would like a reason to come back besides an unfortunately long car repair. I wish I could name the person who helped me today but I didn’t get the chance to get a name, unfortunately. Thank you for the help though.

I had a great experience with this location. Had a rental out for a while and both of the current managers were awesome, the entire time I was renting! I give them a 5 star, because they deserve it.. LaKesha and Antoine might be their names, but great job!

Justin Taylor helped me with my rental vehicle I explained to him what I wanted and needed and and he provided me with it .The vehicle was clean and his communication and customer service skills was great .Way to go Thanks Enterprise.Yes I recommend and will refer people to do business with Enterprise Rental ???

First off they were very UNPROFFESSIONAL, in that they left me for hours waiting on them to pick me up for my rental. They offered me an "upgrade" which cost me more in fuel to use and I stated I did not want. Then they up and told me they had employees walk out on them, which is why I would have to wait an additional hour for them to pick me up, then after a week after the rental made a damage claim on me BUT they didn't know I take time location and date stamped photos of my rentals at pick up and delivery, so they will not get any claim through. Hell my name is deannara rios and I must say this location was so helpful expecially Mickaihley Schmitt. She's was very polite professional and I give 5 stars without a problem. Best manager ever I highly recommend if u visit this location you have to ask for this girl she gets the job done.

Horrible service! WILL NEVER RENT A CAR HERE AGAIN. I had a reservation for 2pm did not receive the car until 2:40 . CAR WAS BEING "CLEANED" which is why the car was "late" . We received a completely FILTHY CAR!! FOR OUR 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND. THEY HAD NO OTHER CAR AVAILABLE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
