I can’t express how thankful I am with Dave and his team of mechanics. Always takes care of any issues I have with my car and the communication is on point. My car is always ready the same day. Great prices and very professional.

My car is back in the shop for the 3rd time in less than 30 days. I've paid approximately $900 for the throttle body and $1,100 for the catalytic converter which has not corrected the problem. In fact, with every "repair" it caused even more problems. Today, Chad claimed it's now the PCM that is the issue and it will be an additional $1000. It's apparent Dave and Chad have hustled me or have no idea what they are doing and are simply "shooting in the dark." When I requested a refund, Dave, the owner hung up on me. The lack of professionalism and knowledge in this business is astounding. They will see me in court. Don't spend your money at Firestone located at 3350 Grant St, Gary, IN 46408. Don't do it.

The staff here was extremely helpful, friendly, and fast. We came in with a flat tire and they were able to patch us up and get us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much!!!

Once again they said they fixed our valve stem and didn't. Three times they lied and said they fixed things that were not.

I love the owner & mechanics.They are always friendly, professional and knowledgible.Helpful also.Most I here speak about the cost of repairs-but if you want it done rightWell, your care is an investment.If you have a problem they will fix it until you are satisfied.

Very knowledgeable and the price was half the the price of their competitors I was in and out in a reasonable time the owner told me that they have been in business the very Indiana area for 30 years I would recommend them to anyone who wants to save money ?

So I'm on my way to dr. Office on inter 94 heat car overheats pulled off Gary exit drove to firestone met a great guy names David je immediately had my car put on hoist, told me the issues mad repairs I was back on road within the hr. Bery nice people very honest HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dave is only out to make money. Do not take your business here, Dave will do services to your vehicle not needed. Charging a fee for using the shop, that Dave does not tell you about. If you take your vehicle here you need to verify the work was done. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. NEGATIVE MINUS 100 ? NOT ONE

Slowest car place in town my coworker car broke down after the fact she just got it back from these money hungry halfworkers then got the nerves to take they time and be off as if they wasn't slacking already skipp this place if possible or until they get some better workers
