Took my car in because my mother did some damage to it. They were very nice and kept in better communication with me than my insurance company did. There was a discrepancy that was addressed by them to my insurance and everything on my car got fixed. Very nice people, went above and beyond. Especially Coen.

I was satisfied with the work done to my vehicle, however please remember not to leave any valuables in your car or it might be gone once your vehicle is returned. I left my $70 Burberry perfume in my car and of course it was missing upon retrieval date. Other than that, they did well with my car repairs.

I would not recommend this collision center. It seems as if they billed for things that they did not replace. I can't see where my car has been repainted, yet USAA was charged for that. My front license plate component was not properly replaced in its entirety, yet they billed for that. The splash guard was missing from the passenger front tire when I got the car back. Koen Keith said they didn't remove the bumper. However, when we went through pictures of them fixing the car, there was a picture with my entire bumper on the ground. Black trim above my bumper was sticking out on one side. I took it back and the employee beat it in with his fist. It's still slightly different from the other end. I'm 100% sure it will pop out again. I also noticed that my front collision warning doesn't sound now. I tested to be sure, and sure enough, that no longer works. I will come out of my pocket for these things because I'm never going back to that place.

The office at Gerber Collision is very clean, I was greeted with professionalism by Migdalia in the office and then Koen who took the
estimated. Fred very polite and friendly drove me home when I dropped my vehicle off. Migdalia such a sweetheart, when calling Koen with any questions she knew who I was by my first and last name without me telling her. Koen is by far the best, he kept me updated about everything I mean everything. I appreciate him for that. Ken is the man, Ken made things happen. Ken went above and beyond to have some repairs done that my insurance wouldn't approve. Gerber Collision has the 4 great peoples that keeps their business growing. Gerber Collision knows how to pick them. Not including Koen pick me up in my vehicle when it was ready. Love it. Koen, Fred, Migdalia and Ken I can say that you 4 are Fantastic, Friendly, Outgoing, Professional and Awesome. I see why my insurance company has business with Gerber Collision. If anyone ask I will send them to you

I had to take my car back twice to complete the work. I recently had some things going on with my car and the dealer saw that I had the wrong fuse put in the wrong places. Also there were missing fuses. The last person to have to access them were you all. The exact same ones you replaced. Also the speaker was falling out of the place after I got my car back from you all. I decided not to bring it to your attention because the entire experience was horrible. Done. I will never return there.

You guys are lucky to be getting 3 stars - only because you've AT LEAST allowed my friend to bring their car back every time they left with something else overlooked or broken, but their insurance had them f'd up bringing the car there in the first place. 3 MONTHS LATER, almost had to return for rework THREE TIMES (you guys are lucky the car started with a jump after it sat outside for that long)..... you moved everything around - threw ALL their stuff in the trunk with zero concern over what it was or how it landed, allowed parts to get rusted, completely missed damages + you didn't put the car back together completely the first time, and somehow after fixing the left over damages you gave it back with more stuff broken???? A manager there needs to get everyone on board for some retraining because this should not be happening at a car shop - especially one that INSURANCES TRUST. DO BETTER.

We took Mazda in and it looks brand new. They did a fantastic job!! Kaleigh is amazing and is a problem solver. She does anything and everything to help you. Plus, she makes sure that you have the best experience!!? She’s the glue of that shop that keeps everything rolling smooth. Ken Taylor the GM is very understanding and does everything possible to help you. P.S. Mr. Taylor, Kaleigh deserves a raise!!!

Well car got totalled out was sent to this establishment and I was told to clean it out for insurance to take ownership and I see this company likes to go though and take tools from ppls cars and I don't mean the whole set I mean certain things from sets and tool boxes that I had in the vehicle so do not I repeat DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE CLEAN IT OUT BEFORE IT GOES TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT
