Carolyn Williams was my tax preparer DO NOT use her services. I filed taxes with her two years ago only to go down to the IRS to find out they were never sent off. I tried calling her a year after they were “supposedly” filed and then again the summer after. After a two year back and forth I finally got an appointment with the ITS to find out that they never sent them.
Do Not Go this H&R Block the lack of accountability in astounding.

Stay away from this location unless you want your information breach your documents lost or unless you also like being hung up on being told you're going to get a call back which they never do go ahead if you like being lied to

Do not trust them with your taxes!! Paid for my taxes to be done. Found out from IRS my taxes where not filed!! Went in to office they found them sitting in a cabinet unfiled!!! Took 4 months to get reimburse for the nonfiling fees I was given.
