About Indiana Sugars, LLC - Gary
Indiana Sugars, LLC is a business that provides a delivery experience for its customers. According to the reviews, the company has a straightforward check-in process at the gate, where the guard directs drivers to the appropriate dock. The docks in the back are reported to be easy to access, while the docks near the front can be more challenging to maneuver.
The staff is described as friendly and helpful, with the shipping department, in particular, being praised for their professionalism. Drivers must ensure they have a clean, food-grade trailer and use only blue or black ink when signing documents, as the company is particular about this requirement.
The layout of the front yard is noted as tight, which can make docking difficult. However, the overall experience is reported to be positive, with a quick turnaround time of around 75 minutes for the entire process. One reviewer mentioned a particularly pleasant interaction with the security guard.
Everyone is super kind & helpful here. I couldn't give 5 stars just because of the difficulty level of getting into a dock in a very tight space. I'm so grateful that the yard guy saw me struggling & told me to drop my trailer and he would put it in. I think this place was built when trailers were shorter.
