Whatever you do do not go to this Jackson Hewitt tax prep Rochelle is a liar and very rude. First time ever getting my taxes done by her. This woman only got me back $4000 for 3 kids. That is the lowest I’ve ever got even when I had 1 kid I asked her to not to go through with it. I’m just going go to my other tax guy, she still went through with it anyway, against my wishes To make that money and I took a huge L she also made me get one of their Jackson Hewitt’s serve debit cards in order for me to be able to get the tax advanced she lied and said I have to use this card in order to be able to get the tax advance. I could not use my own bank account and when I say this card is horrible I don’t have access to my own money. It gets denied mostly everywhere I go mostly all the apps I use it on. I called her back and made a complaint about the card. She forced me to get she lied denied and said she never told me I had to get that card. She was very rude towards me Denied ever telling me that I had to get that card and hung up in my Face I called her supervisor her supervisor said that he was gonna see how he can help me get my All my money off the card and that was two days ago that man hasn’t even called me back. Do not mess with Jackson Hewitt and Indiana horrible place.

Came in 2 hours before my appointment. Got everything done no problems at at. Customer service was great.

The worker was very knowledgeable and experienced with answering all of my questions. I loved it and will be returning to Jackson Hewitt next tax season. Great Customer Service. ❤️

I applied for the loan and I went to the Jackson Hewitt office on 38th and Broadway in Gary, Indiana. I had a 5:30 appointment. I arrived at 5 and the Customer service Representative, Ms. Armstrong waited on me and she did an awesome job. I didn't have to wait until 5:30, she waited on me at 5.
