Since when does loves schedule tire services over the phone? This loves scheduled tire services over the phone instead of a walk in. I called my boss and told him it was gonna be a 3 hr wait even tho only 1 trk is in repair bay. And with in 15 mins it went from 3 hrs to 5 hrs cuz ppl called ahead and aint even on the property. Would advise no coming here or call for a appointment since obviously they do that now.

8:30 am: Had breakfast sandwiches- thank you!
However... Croissant was stale & had a hard bottom.
Also, I was cheated out of a piece of ham- it's supposed to have FOUR not three pieces.
PLUS, I was charged $.10 to $.20 MORE for it than at y'all's other locations & I have receipts to prove it!
Even with the mess ups- it still cost me more.
Wth is wrong with y'all?

The middle eastern restaurant is amazing. If you are ever in this area, you will want to stop and check them out. The restrooms were clean, Love’s Travel Stop staff were friendly. The middle eastern staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. This restaurant comes highly recommended even if you have never had middle eastern food. Promise you, you will go back again once you tasted it. This is coming from a person who has been afraid to try new foods.

For this location I'm extremely disappointed with the corporate office. After the fire occurred and they had to rebuild, it's completely stupid that they designed the location in basically the same way as before. With the semi suicidal interactions again. You would think that the geniuses in corporate would figure out the wise play would have been having the truck pumps facing outward instead of inward.
It would have eliminated massive confusion and many problems in the lot such as but not limited to aggression with all the drivers because of the extremely high risk of collision of trucks on non stop factor.
Business wise by having the pumps facing outward, it would end the cross cross entanglement of the and dramatically increase the total overall revenue of the location by around 4000% or so. With an increase in diesel fuel revenue by at least 782% because the flow of traffic through the pumps will be much smoother and not slow down waiting for other directions to clear in order to get through. It would have provided an easy in and easy out solution. And that would have increased revenue tremendously. Simply because more truckers would stop by if the parking lot wasn't so chaotic for lack of a better word.
I know I am personally one person that desperately tries to avoid this location for such reasons as listed above. I only ever seen a few locations that are more messed up than this. But fortunately those are not in extremely busy areas like this one is. If they ever get the opportunity 2 Change the pumps or even figure out a better solution I really hope they do so.

Extremely Disappointing Service… I purchased $1300 of Diesel and i got my self an empty paper cup.. The lady still asked me to pay for $0.50 for the cup separately. Never saw any Love’s store employee asking money for 1 empty paper cup..

The amount of grounds matainace being neglected trash was piled up on every available fuel island meanwhile the cashier couldn't stay awake while shop personnel standing next to her scrolling on his phone. meanwhile the store manager wasn't available for comment

This is the very first time that I have been to this gas station in many years since it has been remodeled, I like the different varieties of food they had and I felt also it was a little costly on something, but I know why because there’s a truckstop, it was very clean overall the gas station lot was very clean the cuss they didn’t have any any cashier so I just use a self serve, which is very easy But overall it was not a bad experience, but it could have some people there at least at the register and I’m not sure where they were and this is early in the morning. I should say overall my experience wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the self serve and I probably come here more often if I’m just stopping by
