Came in for full pm. (2017 volvo vnl 780) I asked about the filter availability prior. They take everything down, start pm, then tell me they dont have the fuel water separator. They then come and tell me itll be an additional 150$ to go 10 minutes away and grab the filter. Do not come here as it is a joke. Go across the street to the TA.
Update just left shop and now my truck is telling me to check fuel filters. Terrible shop taking it somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE

Come here all the time had a small complaint about my last experience and the shop manager Mike went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied with the work today he was top notch as long as this guy is running the shop I’ll keep coming back

Dealt with Mike the other day and he put ad quickly back on the road. Despite a little misunderstanding on the invoice he took the time to explain and treated us fairly making a small adjustment.

I want to say thank you for the fantastic service provided by the technicians at this location. They where friendly, professional, and worked so quickly on my truck. It truly was a great experience as for many other professional drivers know, usually the experience at a shop of this type is not.
They all work together and seemed like they loved their jobs and making a positive experience out of what usually is not positive. I will request to have all my work done here, they all have definitely won me over with the great energy I felt amongst all that worked here. From the GM Michael Wrzalinski, (heck of a last name) to the other techs involved directly with my problem, Shaq and Dequan made my day brighter. If you want great service and a friendly atmosphere, stop here for any service needed. Service with a smile is not common these days, but here it was! Thanks to all, hopefully I'll be back here for future service work on my truck. It's employees like these that make customers want to come back.
