Brought a vehicle 4/25/25 2020 Chevy equinox (As is) and the check engine light came on a week later took it to a mechanic shop they said I needed a turbocharger I called Jj who help me and he told me get warranty wait 30 days then put it in the shop so they can cover it I did just that they denied me months later cause they saw I didn’t drive the vehicle so I text jj to let him no the issue “NOTHING” he wanted me to contact Mike but Mike didn’t assist me… yall could’ve let me trade it in for a new decent car…. now I did a voluntary repossession from Westlake Financial cause I can’t drive the vehicle… DO NOT RECOMMEND…. Thank yall for messing up my credit & took that little $1k lying to the Bank saying I gave yall 2k…..I DO NOT recommend

I be been searching for a car went to so many car dealers all I was told is that I need a co signer and a friend told me to come to Og Auto I went there and came out with a car and no co signer.The people in there was so nice and friendly and they made sure I didn’t leave until I got the car I wanted. This car daller it's very bad service and the car they have not good car l have friend buying car from them 2 month and since then he been going back and forth to the other daller to fix it and he spends alot of money
No one should go to this daller it's not good car over there to buy.. and they laying about everything they tell my friend...
