Gas price is phenomenal, the setup is great. The customer service is extremely below average rude. I bought donuts did not notice the date of December 29th, hostess donuts a bag $5 and change. I bit into one and It was not fresh or soft, tasted stale. I took it in an asked if I can exchange or return it. Extremely rude person at the counter/service. I just said forget it and walked out. Lesson learned. Don't trust just what's out on the shelf.
Update: I tried to eat two more but they were so dry and horrible. I just threw the bag away. Waste of $5 and some change

DO NOT USE THE ATMS HERE. Someone is getting our information from the atm. 30 minutes after I used the one by the front right next to the lottery machine Someone stole 200 and tried for more but I was able to get my card locked in time. The reason why 3 stars instead of 1 is the workers are nice

Honestly for the area this is a great location. We have stopped here a couple times and the staff are friendly, bathrooms are clean, good showers, and you can usually find a parking spot.
If you’re hungry definitely check out Balkan Grill, they are open Monday through Friday 10am-5pm. Delicious, fresh healthy food made to order with huge portions.
Otherwise Perros Brothers Gyros is great too, they are open every day until late at night. Also made fresh to order but more like fast food.
Both of these places are easy walking distance from the trucker parking lot. If I had to pick between the two I would say Balkan Grill.

Terrible place to stop for lunch. Don't eat at the iron skillet and tacobell and the pizza hut looked almost as bad. Looking around afterwards....$5 for and iceceam sandwich. No thanks.

TA&Petro are nastiest truckstops on the today. You over charge the driver in everyday possible. From the convenience store to the pump. Im forced to use you as a driver. I do everything I can to not spend my personal money in your facilities.

This Petro's customer service needs a ton of work. Matter of fact, everyone who was on shift on these dates (08/29 - 08/30, from the afternoon crew to the night crew, needs to either be fired or put back in an in depth customer service training class. Earlier in the afternoon @ 3:54pm...ordered two items from the diner. Both the young female and the older male who was with her was having extreme difficulty taking my order. Received my order and then had to remind them that they forgot the dessert item that I also ordered. And my bill was $25.66 and like the idiot that I am...I left a $10.00 tip. It wasn't deserved. I shouldn't have done that.
Later on that night (08/30)...around 2am in the morning, I wanted to again spend my hard earned cash on a shower. Approached the desk...nobody there...walked to the other desk next to the diner...attempted to purchase a shower. Little miss eyelashes stated that the showers are purchased at the other desk which nobody was there. I guess she couldn't be bothered to get off her butt and do her job 🤦🏿
I only come here because there is always parking no matter how late. I guess if I want actual adequate customer service, I'll just walk to the Loves across the street and spend my money there. Damn sure won't spend it here.

Every time i come here to fuel the fuel desk there is no help, today had to wait over 30 mins to get help so i can fuel, am not stopping here no more, I think the management is trying hard to run this place down, this became worse after BP takeover
Will be taking my fuel business to Loves moving forward

It was nice and mostly clean. Truck stops see a lot of traffic so we don't expect perfection. The employees were nice.

Damien was very helpful he made sure me and my kids were comfortable and went to the extreme to make sure multiple other people had a great shower very bright young man will be coming back❤️❤️

One might feel the urge to call an Uber to give them a ride from the truck parking lot to the store - it’s at least a football field and a half from the door. Place was clean but not a very friendly staff - bathrooms needed attention. No free wifi here
