Booked an appointment for my photoshoot with Ronnie WEEKS AGO only to be stood up the “day of”. I showed up at the shop and was told she wasn’t there but instead was on vacation/traveling despite her texting that she was going to slay my style and was looking forward to doing so… I wouldn’t recommend a stray dog to that shampoo bowl as this was not only bogus but highly unprofessional. Anywho enjoy that vacation love.

If I could give this place a 0 I would.. Very unprofessional. Had an appointment with Bee at 4pm. I was on time She went in her room doing another girls hair to never be seen or heard from again. I left after waiting two hours.. Haven’t seen her from that day to this one!!! Ridiculous
