I have the impression the clerks don't care about the customers. I've seen no friendly faces nor have I heard any friendly words. They are mostly on the phone or are doing anything else while letting the customer just wait for awhile until they decide to be ready. The least they could do is signal to the customer that they will be with them in a moment.And then there is the dude with the turban who is very impatient with customers who need help with paying by credit or debit card, so he starts yelling and screaming at the customer. When pointed out by other customers to just stay calm, he starts to yell even more at the customers.In summery, they're forgetting that it's satisfied customers that's needed for their business.
