Long post alert please make sure to share with loved ones to keep them from being ripped off. I initially went there due to my brake lines bad and not having the time or not wanting to do it. So they told me $900 for all 6. I get my truck so the next day I do an oil change I see they only do 2 out of the 6 I was quoted. Only gave me a $275 refund and the math ain’t right but I’m not difficult and already had to argue to get that. So now I have a check engine light too. I’m like you know what I’ll fix it myself whenever I have time since I need to pass emissions. So my neighbor convinced me to go back and let them fix their mistake. On the phone they said they’ll take care of it. Then I drop it off then get a call the next day you need this and that and it’s $299 I didn’t want it done so I said put it down. I was even nice enough to pay the diagnostic fee. They said all I need is an okay to do it and I said no. He said well the parts are already on and I said no. So once again they never called me to okay anything or update me just like they didn’t tell me they couldn’t get the other 4 brake lines off. So I only had one code which was P0455 from when they finished the first job. I get home see two codes for an O2 sensor after already driving it three weeks with no code. This was right after picking it up from them is when I got the code. I wake up to look and see what’s wrong they purposely cut my O2 sensor and tried to make excuses. Then said he would charge $100 to fix it. When the O2 sensor was never an issue. He said it was bad so they had to replace it but when I declined repair he put my parts back. If cutting the O2 sensor is how they replace sensors they don’t need to be in business anyways. I have pictures and recordings. I recorded before and after and what they told me each time for proof. I recorded my codes before and after. I also recorded the phone calls and what my car looked like before and after work of my truck. Before I dropped it off my O2 wasn’t cut or throwing a code.

Came by with low air in a couple tires, Ron helped me out and we found 2 tires with nails/screws in them.
Despite being close to closing Jim the owner opted to help me out and get them fixed.
Good guys appreciate what they did for me

Have had a couple cars worked on and they get me back driving in no time and a great price eneryone is very helpful and friendly Simon honors his warranty tow truck driver are very knowledgeable and helpful even the guys at the service counter are friendly knowledgeable and very helpful wouldn't take my cars anywhere else not to mention they are fast!

Got it right away, had antifreeze leak, needed a clamp, was told to drive it so the antifreeze that wasted could dry out, so far so good
