They have lots of truck parking and the food is ok and because it is gary they have security or an armed police officer so you could do worse parking in this area. I come here all the time, but the last time I was there a man who worked there came in the bathroom to see if anyone was in there. Then the next morning they propped the door wide open and there was only a male cashier. I didnt feel comfortable using it since you can see straight into the stalls. The upstairs bathroom is more private but the stall door doesnt latch and it's sketchy going up there. TA already charges money so women have to pay to park in the close safer spots and now the bathroom is just a viewing room for the guys working there. I dont expect better from TA, but I expect at least the pretense of security and modesty.

This TA has a huge parking lot, which is great, but the service isn’t good. The showers are not available most of the time, and there are no employees around to help drivers when they need something

Show you typical ta day after the storm people trying to get out they don’t plow the parking lot or don’t put down sand trucks trying to get out and they can’t because they can’t get any traction because it is icy

the worst service I've ever seen. I waited 5 hours for an oil change. and then 2 hours to change it. And he didn’t put engine cup on the engine and the oil spilled everywhere in the hood

Love the staff here they all have great attitudes and sense of humor even when things are going in the wrong direction like pumps going down computers not working correctly and steering wheel holders being nasty. They are all tops in my eyes, thanks for being fun.

the keyboards don't work on the pumps. the store refuses to open the pump. they say move to another one. lazy workers work here. in other gas stations of the same chain they open the ramps through the cash register without any problems
