Monica was amazing! I came in hoping to become a new Verizon customer and get my fiance and I new phones in addition to Internet for my truck and she went above and beyond! She definitely knew what she was doing and even while helping me, she still continued to greet folks as they walked by and interacted with them when they had questions, all without skipping a beat with what she was helping me with!

The customer service from Daisy was outstanding. She made sure that we understood everything on our hot spot and my new phone. (She even put my screen protector on😊)

I came into the store and Monica greeted me and immediately begin to explain to me how the internet works after only a few minutes I was sold and I am now a happy Verizon customer, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and walked me through every single detail that I had in question. Excellent service experience I had with Monica
She is really knowledgeable in the devices Samsung and Apple as well
Today I asked her if she could explain the difference between the s5e tablet and the s9fe
And she convinced me to get the s9fe tablet and I'm very satisfied with the tablet
I definitely recommend this location to anyone and Monica for sure will help you to the best of her abilities
