Our elderly Weim has pulled a number of stunts where she’s ingested various items…they don’t suggest unnecessary procedures and are genuinely concerned with making her better instead of lining their pockets. And I don’t feel judged, which is nice considering her repeated incidents.”

They let her sister come back because they have separation anxiety and the prices were very reasonable and transparent everything was posted right out there where you could see them. “I had an appointment for my elderly cat at 5pm, this was on a day that they close at 7. I was getting him into their wellness program and worried about his current health. The vet was so informative and the staff even stayed until 730 just for my cat. Running tests, giving me information, and also giving me advice. They took their time figuring out the most affordable way for me to get my cat everything he needs, and they seems genuinely concerned for him. She even thanked me for adopting an elder (I got him when he was 12). They even called the next day to see how he was doing. Turns out my cat will be fine and hopefully we'll have another decade of memories together. I look forward to more appointments with them. It's refreshing after all the other locations I've been do, to have people actually tell me what's going and not just try to charge me for everything.”

“I have 4 big dogs and I take them here every year for their shots and check up. There’s been multiple times my dogs have had to come in for other reasons and had to have surgeries done, each surgery has been a big success. This vet office is very welcoming and make me and the dogs feel like family. Below is a before and after picture of the biggest surgery one of my dogs had to go thru after having his face ripped open getting in a dog fight. The doctor did a great job!”

“This was my third pet store stop while looking for Stella and chewy kitten food which I found strange that the other two pet stores in Oak Creek didn't carry. I asked one store why they didn't stock it and I was told that it's a cooperate store and SC is a local company made right in Oak Creek so the can't offer it, makes no sense to me when it's made blocks away. I could not find SC kitten food so I asked the young woman where it is, it's in a side isle display out side of the cat food area but she took me to it. I'm glad I finally found a store that had what I needed”

“Have been going here for years. I like that it is no appt/walk in service. Also after several years my dog started having heart issues. I took him to Purdue Small Vet Hospital for more specialized testing. I have been doing follow up testing with Hobart, they send the results up to Purdue. They are very willing to work with Purdue and myself so that we can get the best care.”

“Wasn’t gonna leave a review then I got an email.So.. here I am!Staff were very friendly! Staff interacted more than the Doc, but hey I’m an introvert I can fully understand not being a people person that’s the point of having others around that are! I get it!! Read some reviews I won’t lie I didn’t know I was being charged for certain things like fecal exam or biomedical waste disposal found out after I read the paperwork. I apologized to my dog because I didn’t know they were gonna stick that up his butt. Never spent $300+ at the vet before for all of his shots, but it’s a first for everything. Going forward when I go to vets I’m not pulling up in a big semi truck gonna walk or Uber! They were all kind to my little buddy though he got his round of shots I think I was taken by surprise with the not using something to look inside of his ears , but eye’n it out which you can’t really see deep in the ear without one of those “whatever they’re called “ My little buddy had a huge sore right below his neck that wasn’t fairly examined like I thought it would be so I made a trip to another doc to understand the issue. I needed a vet visit and got one so I can’t complain much + he got his shots updated with no problem and they sell candles so that’s a plus. Still seeking the perfect fit for my little pal though!”
