About WM - Gary Transfer Station
WM - Gary Transfer Station is a large provider committed to helping businesses and homeowners with their recycling needs. They offer recycling drop-off locations and reliable residential and commercial recycling pickup services with over 99% reliable pickup rates. Customers report that most of the time, service is good, with little to no debris left behind, and drivers are polite. However, some reviews mention loose garbage going everywhere on windy days and trash being left all over the neighborhood on garbage collection day, with drivers not always picking it up. One instance involved a truck leaking oil, which the company addressed by sending a cleaning crew. Communication regarding holidays and collection changes is noted as very good.

You guys are doing great! You're always on time and you send an email when you're not going to pick up due to a holiday! I'm very pleased with your service! Keep up the good work

They do a good job most of the time. If Neighbors follow the rules and put the garbage and recycle bins out correctly, there would be a lot less issues!
