    Every time my daughter needs a new card they neglect to actually put her information in and send one. This has happened THREE times now in the last couple of years.

    I wouldn't recommend setting up a loan with FM, when they could raise the interest rate they did. They could have modified our loan but chose not to. Real homes will be lost and real lives will be destroyed when you are dealing with people like that.

    They have given me a lot of trouble trying to cash my check because I don't have a bank account there
