“I first went in and spoke with Patricia, and immediately I couldn't have been more happy with the information and customer service provided by her. I continued to speak with her periodically until the insurance company finally got my car to the shop. After the vehicle arrived Patricia maintained and continued to keep communication with me. The final week of the project with Patricia out of the office, I spoke with Carl several times and the customer service continued to be excellent. Upon things getting wrapped up we stopped by early on the day of completion to go ahead and pay our portion. My son had to drive to the bank to get a money order because they don't accept debit cards, which I completely understand (they charge 10% of the total charge). Once we got things squared away and my son got his vehicle back we couldn't believe how good it looked and how well it drove. Thank you guys for the speedy process and the amazing outcome as well as everything in between.
