“40s-50s gentleman gives a welcome anytime people come into the store and makes sure they get what they need everytime… he is the ? of all dollar generals in Kentuckiana… I make the extra drive to this one because of how warm I feel when I come inside. His next check should be $1,000,000 ong”
“Best dollar tree experience. The woman who checked me out must be the manager. She was speaking about her store with pride and of ideas she had for future seasons. The store was well stocked and well cared for.”
“This place is great everything that u think is 5 dollars is actually 1 dollar u can buy an 8 pack of soda for 2.50. And there are alot of fine and beautiful women that frequent the place. You may meet your future wife there. This place is almost better then going to a club lol.”
“The best thing about this location is the staff! They've always been courteous and helpful, willing to assist when I'm searching for items or open another register if the checkout lines start growing. I rarely find everything I came for but almost always buy other extra stuff! Glad it's close to my neighborhood.”
“You like the Dollar generals because they have a lot of things. However, you hate Dollar generals because you can't find any of it and when you go to check out the only employee in the store is usually trying to take care of the store and then has to run back to get to the register so you wait forever.”
“This is the second day in a row that I have been surprised. Yesterday my daughter and I had been looking for a locksmith to make a key for her car which was parked on the dealership lot. No success in our search until she called pop-a-lock, they set up a time that afternoon and in less than 45 minutes they had reprogrammed and made a new key. POP-A-LOCK YOU ROCK GREAT JOB. Today I was looking for a charger for my phone, drove around to a few big stores no success, a young lady told me to check out Dollar Tree I went there and to my surprise they had all I wanted. Great Job Dollar Tree”
“One of the better DG's in the area as far as selection, cleanliness, etc. Only complaint I have? Your manager(I believe she's the manager)? Yea, worst customer service/friendliness EVVVER. Never smiles, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance. Just blah demeanor. Makes you feel like you're a burden just checking out. Doesn't say anything rude, just has a negative energy that kinda seeps out of her presence, lol. Let her manage the store, as it seems like she's doing a good job, but have someone else work the front and interact with customers.. kinda like a wizard if Oz 'pay no attention to the man behind the curtain' thing ?”
“I always visit to purchase this brand of toilet tissue "strong and soft" which is two ply and feels just like a major brand such as Angel Soft. Also getting items such as Colgate toothpaste and Air wick aerosol for only $1.25 each. Spent less than $10 for 7 items. Would have paid twice as much at another retailer!”
“I visited this store on 1/30/22 and the new store manager was so nice and sweet. She is super helpful. The store was organized and Easy to browse through. She is a gem and I hope she is appreciated by her upper management.”
“Easily the nicest, cleanest Dollar General that I have ever been to. The aisles are clean, the shelves are organized and they actually have some fresh produce.
Staff is pretty friendly and has been very helpful.”
