I am very satisfied with my experience at Martin's in Georgetown. They worked directly with my insurance, and were able to bring my vehicle back to me in better shape than before I wrecked it. They were also very responsive to all of my questions during the process, and up- front with me on any expectations of insurance coverage, out of pocket fees, and timelines. Mary and Angela were always pleasant and seemed to make time for any of my calls or concerns. I had a great overall experience and will definitely go back with any future needs.

The staff is very friendly. They go the extra mile. They did an awesome job on my car. You can’t tell the car was wrecked. The staff sent me updates on my vehicle as it was being repaired. I highly recommend them.

I have had to use Martins a few times now and they never disappoint . The staff is great and kept you informed at every step of the way. They even went to bat for you against the Insurance to use quality parts over cheap ones that insurance wanted them to use. The work they did looks great and tuned out better than I could have hoped for. Thanks so much!

Our experience with Martin’s was phenomenal! Having State Farm insurance made the process seamless. They are preferred partners with State Farm. Everything was very easily handled with State Farm and then Martin’s. The staff are friendly and communicated pretty well with us over text and phone! We will use this body shop again, should we need their services in the future.
