I first went in and spoke with Patricia, and immediately I couldn't have been more happy with the information and customer service provided by her. I continued to speak with her periodically until the insurance company finally got my car to the shop. After the vehicle arrived Patricia maintained and continued to keep communication with me. The final week of the project with Patricia out of the office, I spoke with Carl several times and the customer service continued to be excellent. Upon things getting wrapped up we stopped by early on the day of completion to go ahead and pay our portion. My son had to drive to the bank to get a money order because they don't accept debit cards, which I completely understand (they charge 10% of the total charge). Once we got things squared away and my son got his vehicle back we couldn't believe how good it looked and how well it drove. Thank you guys for the speedy process and the amazing outcome as well as everything in between. As long as you remain in business you have a dedicated loyal customer shall I ever need work again!!!! 💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️

S & W's prestige collision center and rhino linings has the best painter in the business, (Mike Kaelin). He works hard and doesn't pass anything off until it passes his test. The prices quoted for work were fair and honest. I shopped around to 5 other collision centers in the southern Indiana and Louisville areas before learning that S & W had the best prices around. Carl Samuels-(owner) is reliable, honest, and fair. I didn't have any hassle at all with getting my car into the shop, getting a rental car delivered to me and getting my car completed and returned in a reasonable time. They did all of the paperwork for me and all I had to do is call the rental business and request a pick up from my home. The rest was taken care of by the staff at S & W! Some of the painter-( Mike Kaelin's )work has been published in Hot Rod Magazine. They even offer Rhini Lining installation. They can install Rhino in the bed of a pick up truck, the deck of a boat, the floor of a shower, the possibilities are endless. There isn't another collision center in a 100 mile radius that offers instillation of Rhino Lining brand bed Liners.
