Well I was suppose to have a credit on my account for october and never got it my card was debited and I can never get a hold of anyone at the office. I have had issues after issue with this place. When I call the number head office they say they will have the site manager call me but I never get a call back.

I was charged for an extra month and have been going rounds with these people to get refunded. They keep telling me that it has been approved and to keep waiting another 10 days. That was almost 30 days ago.

Meh. Used this place for a couple of months cause we got a bargain deal of half off your first 2 months. Rented a climate controlled unit. But it was never climate controlled. Asked on many occasions and kept being told someone was coming to fix it. Doors to buildings don’t lock. Dumpster is always overflowing with nasty trash. Happy to be out of here. I’d go somewhere else next time.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY BROKE IN TO MY FRIENDS STORAGE UNIT THIS WEEK AND STOLE SOME OF THE STUFF OUT. THEY ARE REFUSING TO SHOW HER THE CAMERAS TO SEE WHO IT WAS. DEFINITELY TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE DO NOT TAKE IT HERE.

Do not do business with this company. Worst place ever. My contract was terminated without cause, I was locked out and they tried to keep my belongings. I would not recommend any of their locations. Worst management I've ever dealt with.

UPDATE: After the lengthy review, I received a phone call from Michelle Wightsands, VP of Operations. She was able to fix the issue and gave me the original price that was quoted. Rating changed to 3 stars.DO NOT RENT from STORE SPACE SELF STORAGE located at, 6250 IN-64, GEORGETOWN, IN 47122.Imagine booking an airline flight, weeks in advance, paying extra for a seat with more legroom, on a flight that you MUST take, in order to attend a very important life event. Then you show up for your flight and the airline says that they had cancelled your reservation, downgraded you to a basic economy seat with less legroom! Oh, and the airline also says that they are NOT honoring the original quoted price, meaning that if you want to be on the flight, you’ll have to pay more. That would be horrible customer service, especially because they are refusing to honor the price quoted on the original reservation. Well, that's exactly what happened at STORE SPACE SELF STORAGE located at, 6250 IN-64, GEORGETOWN, IN 47122. On August 06, 2021, Store Space Self Storage employee Aaron reserved for me, a 10 X 15 storage unit for a quoted price of $67.00 (50% of the monthly price of $134.00, for 3 months). On August 17, 2021, I showed up with a full U-Haul truck, driven from Colorado and Aaron stated that no 10 X 15 units were available and that they could only get me into a smaller, indoor 10 X 10 unit, for MORE money than the originally price quoted for the 10 X 15 unit. The larger units (8 X 20 and 10 X 25 units) were going to be way more money than the original price of the 10 X 15 unit. I was at a complete disbelief and asked Aaron to call his manager, in order to at least get the original price that was quoted for on the now smaller, indoor 10 X 10 unit. Aaron placed a phone call to his manager (female, name unknown) and she flat out refused to honor the price that was reserved on August 06, 2021. I had no choice to accept the higher price for the smaller 10 X 10 unit. While I was offloading the truck, I saw a husband and wife loading a truck and they told me that they were vacating a couple of 10 X 15 units. The wife and I went to the office and Aaron was able to switched me from the 10 X 10 to a 10 X 15 unit. When I asked again about honoring the price I had on the original reservation, they again refused. The final price of the 10 X 15 unit ended up being $105.00 per month, $38.00 per month more than the original quoted price. I’ve been in the customer industry for 30 years and this is definitely is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never seen a company not honor a quoted price from a reservation. Why make a reservation at all?! I don’t blame Aaron for this, the female manager that refused to honor the original quoted price is the one that needs to be removed from her position. This is “management 101” and one of the number one rules of customer service. There are plenty of other options nearby, with probably better customer service: GEORGETOWN STORAGE, LJ RENTALS SELF STORAGE, STOWAWAY STORAGE, STORAGE EXPRESS and GREENVILLE STORAGE are all within 10 minutes.DO NOT RENT from STORE SPACE SELF STORAGE located at, 6250 IN-64, GEORGETOWN, IN 47122.

Very disappointed. When everything changed over in January, was told and reassured price would not increase. Not even 2 months in and just got a email stating a price increase. This is not counting the price increase by having there "insurance" this is no longer a small business, but a corporation. You will get a call center agent 9 out of 10 times. Logan has been professional. But i would look elsewhere for storage needs.

Logan has been extremely professional and offered the highest level of customer service throughout my relationship with Store Space.
