“Excellent care! I took my French Bulldog here because she was suffering from severe seasonal allergies. The facility is very clean and staff personable. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lauren Elsea. She not only took her time to thoroughly explain allergy options, but she also took her time to answer my questions about our other fur baby that recently passed away (who was not a patient at the time). Reasonable prices and not much of a wait time. Highly recommend!”

“We have used Ridgeview for years for Isabelle our bassett hound and they have always been great. So this weekend when we had to come in with Isabelle was no different except this time we were saying good bye to Isabelle due to health issues. The all came in the gave her a hugs and cried with me and my daughters as they loved her just as much as we did. They knew her by sight and we never had to tell them who she was. Today our cat had a life threatening emergency , he saw us without an appointment and we saved thousands of dollars going here for care vs the price the animal hospital gave us. I genuinely feel like he cares more about my fur baby than what’s in my bank account that that goes a long way in this world. 10/10 veterinary clinic. It doesn’t get much better ♥️”

“We are fairly new to Ridgeview and love them so far! The office staff was kind, hardly any wait to be seen and very affordable! The Doctor was also super helpful in office and even when I had to call with questions, helping as much as they could over the phone to avoid having to come in for a visit. Their online pharmacy is also super convenient and they are always sending out awesome coupons/specials. We love Ridgeview and highly recommend!!”

“Had to wait 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time but was glad the tech took my dog back while I waited In the waiting room. The experience was much less traumatic to her vs being shut in am exam room and left waiting. I was aware an emergent issue came up with a cat having an allergic reaction which took some time.I am concerned about Cost increases. They are much more than my 3.2 % cola increase I will receive in January from SSA. Could you please consider a senior citizen discount?”

“Friendly staff, same day appointment to address a health concern for our 2 yr old GSD. Our regular Vet was unable to assist due to staffing issues. We will definitely be returning to the Animal Hospital of Lanesville. Close to home, fair pricing and pleasantly professional staff and service. What I respected most was the Vet took care of our Boy. Not only did Dr. Wingerter give the necessary antibiotic but also referred us to a dentist to address his fractured molar once the abscess is cleared. After just one dose the abscess is almost gone!”
“Took 2 dogs there for flea allergies, itching & scratching. Both are on flea preventative med. and house has been treated twice. Given injections but only lasted a week on 1 and about 10 days on the other one. Staff was friendly and vet. was good with them. Price was reasonable.”
