I use to love this place!! There was a man that worked in there that was so friendly and always had a smile on his face and I loved going in there and seeing his smiling face. He made my day many many times ....but then he quit ☹️and now the people in there are grouchy and so unpleasant and every time I go in there late at night the door is always locked. Always! and it says right on the door that it's to remain unlocked during business hours... It sucks because I love, love the ice at this particular one and when I go down to get some and it's locked I'm not happy... It's bad enough when I do get in I'm scowled at. I miss that smiling man

AriZona teas are $1.39 when you can get them for $0.99 at the Walgreens down the road by Kroger! Not to mention, they have them 2 for $2.50 like it's some kind of bargain! Like they think they're doing you a favor!
What a joke! You must think your customers are stupid!

I would love to give them 5 stars however before I say the bad I like to thank for the store manager for truly being a great man who cares about customer and people in general. He has done a phenomenal job however one of his employees at Night Shift has been rude to many customers. To my knowledge 7/11 is open 24/7 correct me if I’m wrong. If the store is closed I would have expected a sign saying we are close until further notice or something like that instead of the employee not doing the right thing. Again I do love 7/11 products and the store manager he is truly an amazing person.

I was in there 20 min ago the guy working was so stoned. Also he was very belittling to a female door dasher in front of me. I will never give another penny to this location,until they fire their drug attic employees or get them the help they need.

man spilled gas all over ansd i was NOT evacuated. i was so worried that my striking appearance xcdvb would set it all on fire, but no employee would come help me out of the area. very bad . but i bougyht lottery ticket and got 5 dolalr

This location has gone down hill in the past couple of years. Some of the staff pretends not to hear you when you ask them a question. Everything is dirty and most of the time not working at all. I know a few people who have gotten sick from the coffee and donuts in this location, corporate needs to step up and redo this location.

I doordash at night and this place is always locked up after confirming orders and then tell the dashers they are closed. Supposed to be 24 hours.

Went after a appointment to get snacks and gas they put 60 on the pump instead of 30 like we payed for went in to ask what was going on when it got to 40 there was a girl working with a guy the guy was the cashier we went to to check out but the girl there got very pissed at me and started getting loud I did git loud back but she then got in my face they ended up having us pay for the 40 but there dumbasses are the one who put the number in so it's there fault

Before they remodeled and made it look a lot better, this place was actually nice to go to, now even with the renovations I would rather drink dish water then go interact with the awful employees there. 0/10 this place sucks
