Worst experience and rudest staff I've ever met. After being diagnosed with heart failure and my insurance abruptly cutting me off they refused to finish my dentures after telling me it was going to be ok. They extracted all my top teeth and left me toothless and I was on my final fit. When I finally came up with the money they tried to back charge me for what my insurance paid for!! Now I found a new dentist and they refuse to give me it my new dentist the X-rays for my mouth for the final mold. Please be careful with this place they have no integrityand DO NOT stand behind their word nor will give you the proper information about my mouth for my new dentist making me start this process all over!!

I've appreciated the staff at this location for making me feel comfortable and they are all so friendly Markie Made the financing stage so simple for me and she was so patient with me and I just had my first adjustment today and Melody Fixed me right up she's so kind and they all are truly so nice thanks for helping me get my smile back

They grossly misrepresent how much insurance will cover. If they tell you that you will owe $500, expect a bill for $1500. Scammers.Also every procedure they have done has been shorty and led to more problems.

First of all, the front desk gentlemen was very helpful.The first young lady (don't know name) who took my inital xrays was incredible.My hygienist, Kierra, was professional, skilled and informative. She was also very friendly and communicative. I felt very comfortable with her.My Dentist, Dr. Win Chein, was efficient and professional.

Came in today with a swollen face and in a lot of pain. Every single staff member I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful in every way. 10/10 probably the best dental office I’ve been in.

This is an update from my 2nd appt which was finishing cleaning and installation off permanent crown. Another great experience!!!See below for more liked today!I have had the same dentist for over thirty years. the same year I retired he sold his business to Topping, who does not do Medicare. I had a tooth and filling break off and when I expanded my search on mileage, Aspen came up. With diligent searching I found a couple negative reviews but many more positive. I called several dentist to try to get in before waiting 2-4 weeks. Both Yani, the national corporate contact and Markie, the local Manager were the first pleasant ones I contacted that could get me in next day! Today, I had 2 extractions, 1/2 periodontal cleaning and a crown started. Most of which is covered by Medicare with Humana. Dr Chein and staff (Kierra,Leslie, Uli and again, Markie) were all fantastic! Never had so much work professionally, efficiently done even at my lifetime Dentist!!If you are looking for a place you can be glad you go to,....go here!
