I am having issue with a check that was mailed to this location as my services are off and every time I call to see if that check was received so that I can pick it up I keep getting hung up on without me explaining what is going on. I simply get a " we don't do that here" and the call ends. I am very frustrated and have always paid my bill on time there was this little hiccup and now no-one wants to help me. And i am aware you guys dont accept checks at the store this was a 3rd part assistance program that helped me out and sent that check to this store and now no-one wants to tell me anything.

Staff was irritating. Wouldn't put on my screen protector for me after spending money and upgrading to a new phone. Go to the one across town is you want to deal with better staff. Won't be returning to this one ever.

I came in on Tuesday, December 12 desperate to find a phone for my job so that I could download the Microsoft Authenticator App since my phone was too old to do it. After being greeted by the sales associate (sorry, I didn't get his name), he listened to my problem and was able to suggest a couple of newer models that fit my price range. He carefully explained the differences and advantages of each model so that I could make a wise choice, and went so far as to transfer my data to the new phone. I am so happy, so relieved, and so thankful! Professional service, knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere. I'm thankful to be a part of the AT&T community.

Logan was very knowledgeable about the AT&T products, quoting prices readily and explaining the details so that there were no surprises. He also worked efficiently through problems he was experiencing with the system, getting the help he needed quickly and proceeding with the trouble shooting with ease.
