When I called first, I felt like the guy was annoyed/rushing to get off the phone. They weren't too busy when I arrived. Very helpful in person, got exactly what I needed with very little headache and were very patient answering my questions, even helped recommend options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices for used stuff are still pretty steep. Seems easier just to get stuff on Xbox marketplace or something similar most of the time.
