It's incredibly convenient, Lois is amazing and we just love her- have been going to her for years. We don't get as much back as we once did with dependents, so cost of having our taxes prepared is the only downside.

People were nice but the whole advance thing is a line of BS!!! Straight FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I clearly had enough coming to me to qualify for a lower end advancement and was denied for some stupid reason. Never will I ever go back to that place again!!!
