To be charged full price to get no wash or style and be told that she’s too small for a wash yet keep the adult price because she’s 8 is ridiculous. I should have went to Great Clips. I did know the price before going but was under the impression that since she was “8” and not young enough for a “kids cut” she would get the same type of treatment as an adult. I won’t go back. $40 ($5 tip, why I don’t know) was not worth a dry haircut with no style or wash. I should not have given a tip. But I was being nice. I will admit we weren’t the most pleasant. But to charge for an 8 year old as an adult because she isn’t “under 6” is ridiculous.

My sister and I went to the salon for a “girl’s day” and we had a great experience and both received great haircuts. We both have thick, wavy hair and our stylists knew how to work with that and gave us styling tips. We recommend Stephanie and Erin.
