Connie was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was so nice and energetic and she made my day. Give this girl a raise!!! She deserves it. Working in customer service can be so hard, but I’ve never seen someone so happy to help out as Connie was.

Not a fan of the self checkouts and customer service along with selection of quality products in store has definitely declined over the years. Very disappointed with my last visit to my local Kohl’s store.
