It is the classic bait and switch with rates. You lock me in at one number and then raise it without notice or reason. I was even convinced to sign up for auto pay to receive a discount which clearly means nothing since that discount disappeared while the rates still went up.
On top of that there is no clear way to get answers or even reach someone who can explain what is going on.
I am highly disappointed and will absolutely be moving my business elsewhere.

We needed 2 units on somewhat short notice and they were able to accommodate our needs for size and climate control as well as an outside unit. The paperwork was electronic so I didn't have to be there to sign it. We just moved out and our items were in perfect condition. The office staff was always helpful! If only they had a facility where we now live in Florida!

I was very impressed with the leasing manager and her new trainee. My unit is an insulated one and very clean and secure. I felt safe, thanks so much for keeping my thing for me.

We have had the best experience with Mini storage depot. They are so kind and courteous and worked with what we needed for our storing needs. They are super affordable as well. We have been with other companies that were horrible so glad for companies like them that still have great customer service and care for their customers.

We had a great experience at the Goshen facility! We researched options at several nearby locations and are very happy with our decision. Office staff is consistently responsive and helpful. The facility and the office are clean and well-maintained. We chose a temperature controlled unit for our personal needs and for what we believed would be a short-term rental (6-12 months). We always felt our belongings were safe and secure. We also felt it was safe and convenient to access our unit. We have only occasionally used a storage facility and this was the best experience we have had!
