My girlfriend called O'Reillys in Goshen Indiana yesterday at around 1p. She asked them if a ball joint press was available and they told her there would be one available at 4:30p. I arrived at 4:20p and the 4:30 truck had not arrived the parts guy claimed. I told him I would wait. The parts guy said he would call to find out when the 4:30 would arrive but he never told me if or when the 4:30 Would arrive he just went back to stocking shelves. At 5p the 4:30 had not arrived and because the parts guy didn't confirm the 4:30 was even coming , I left. Terrible customer service there. I won't go back.

Staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the service they gave me, I pulled in with my car literally steaming from under the hood, they came out before I even got out of my vehicle. Unfortunately the code reader didn't work on my car, but they were very gracious and let me wait there until I got my car issues addressed and purchased a part that will hopefully take care of the issue.

All the parts they gave us were wrong, more than once! 4 trips back there and still wrong. But according to their computer looking things up with the Vin number they were supposedly what we needed, but were not! People behind the counter knew nothing. I wasn't sure they even pulled the right parts. I'll never go back

I went to Adavance just before and they didn't help me.. O'Reilly went out of their way and helped me. I'd recommend them for sure.
