I called all around for an affordable storage unit. Pacemaker storage, hands down, has some of the most affordable units. Gated units with a code to get in, the units are very clean. I also have access to my unit 24/7. I am very happy I chose to rent with them.

Good pricing and management is nice. However, in the 7 months we have been renting from them, we have been charged for late fees 4 times and our unit has been overlocked twice. We have automatic payments set up which have always gone through on time. Each time there was an issue it was fixed and we didn't pay the late fees, but it has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE A 1 OR ANYTHING ABOVE A 1 RATING. We bought a lock for the unit from Spacemaker. I didn't trust them but it wasn't my unit. They r supposed to b secure. Right after the stuff was put in the unit & left someone breaks in & steals everything. THEIVES LIKE THIS DESERVE THE WORST KARMA & SHALL RECEIVE. LOL, LOL, LOL

Hi I went through place more that once always pay my bill on time never had problems with bugs or anything being stolen was always very friendly well when I lost my job I never was contacted about when my payment was due so I contacted them they said I had two days to pay my payment which I had no money and they took all my belongings all my house everything I own all my pictures ext your name it and was not ext

Very polite and understanding people, and the storage units are fairly priced. But the establishment does have cockroaches. And we found this out while moving boxes around. And my family and I have never had cockroaches before, until we stored our belongings there. If you do store your belongings there I would recommend bug bombing it and setting some traps. So you don't bring the critters home with you.

The lock I purchased from them was cut off and I had most of my possessions stolen. When I spoke to the office, they basically told me tough luck, my own fault for not having renters insurance or using the "right" kind of lock. I put another lock on while I had to make arrangements for what was left since it clearly wasn't safe there. I found out that the new lock had been cut off when the office sent me an email (not even a phone call!) to tell me that I am responsible for keeping a lock on my unit. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
